OUR STORY
Ashburn's Animals began in 2009 as a vision to help both people and animals by bringing the two together. The founding team sought to rescue animals from poor situations and find new homes for them. In the process, they also wanted to help the community by offering theraputic services to those in need.

As the years went on, the farm continued to grow. We quickly realized there were many animals out there that needed our help. We began taking in more animals and extendning our variety of animals we take in. Our mission has changed very little as we continue to help animals in need and play a part in our community.

Today, Ashburn's Animals is a 55 acre rescue that is home to more than 150 animals, ranging from pigs and alpacas to snakes and tarantulas. The rescue is run through volunteers, donations, and community support. While we don't take in cats and dogs, we take in just about everything else. We have partnerships with wonderful organizations, such as Lake Tobias Wildlife Park, the ASPCA, Hallmark Feeds, and the Pennsylvania State Police.
